Additional Travel & Timing Fees

Overnight lodging required: if travel is over 2 hours, or if start is before 8:00 AM / finish after 8:00 PM (billed at cost +10%).

Early Start (before 8:00 AM): $50 per artist, per hour.

Holiday Surcharge: $200 per artist.

Overtime: $150 per hour, per stylist.
Booking & Payment

On-Site Minimum: $700 per event

Booking Fee: $700 (non-refundable, applied toward total cost)

Balance Due: 3 days before event

Payments Accepted: Credit card, bank transfer, or cash
Policies
Rescheduling: One reschedule allowed if requested 30+ days in advance.
Cancellations:
More than 30 days: Booking Fee forfeited.
30 days or less: Booking Fee + 50% of remaining balance.
Client Responsibilities: Provide safe, clean space with outlets, lighting, and seating. Final headcount required 7 days prior.
Provider Responsibilities: We guarantee professional stylists, punctual arrival, and high-quality service.

All Trial Wedding Services are booked in-salon and can be scheduled online at www.cherrycreeksalon.com. Simply book the “Event Style” service to view current availability and reserve your appointment directly. If your preferred time isn’t listed, you can easily join our waitlist. Just click “Book Now”, select your desired services, and choose “Join the Waitlist.” Fill out the requested details, and you’ll be automatically notified when/if a spot opens within your requested timeframe - making it simple to confirm your booking with ease.
