SALON SAFETY GUIDELINES

PROCEDURES YOU MUST FOLLOW:

  • Cherry Creek Salon is currently not accepting walk-ins.

  • If you have been diagnosed with Covid-19, if you have had close contact with a confirmed case of Covid-19, if you have had close contact with someone who is actively fighting an illness that may be contagious, or if you are showing any symptoms of illness your appointment will be canceled and you will be unable to enter the salon or reschedule your appointment until after one week has passed from the initial day of exposure and/or illness. If your appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment, the Cancellation Policy will be applied. Policies are enforced 100% of the time, regardless of the circumstances.

  • Once you arrive, wait in the public seating area that is located next to suite #27. This will allow our stylists the ability to properly sanitize between appointments. 

  • Arrive with clean hair that has been washed within 24 hours of your appointment.

  • No outside food is allowed in the salon.

  • Hand sanitizer is available.

  • Please, do not touch retail products; we will assist you.

  • A credit card is required to secure appointment and support contactless payment.

PROCEDURES YOUR STYLIST MUST FOLLOW:

  • Temperature will be taken daily and stylist will be screened.

  • Stylist is returned home if they are showing any symptoms of illness.

  • Stylists add additional time between appointments to provide proper sanitation.

  • High traffic areas are sanitized regularly.
