

POLICIES

CANCELLATION POLICY:
We require a non-refundable, non-transferrable booking fee to schedule each service. The booking fee will be applied to the total cost of your service. Arriving late for your appointment may result in adjustments to the service. If you arrive after our 15 minute grace period your appointment will need to be rescheduled, and the booking fee will be forfeited. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment the booking fee will be forfeited. If you no-show for your appointment the booking fee will be forfeited. If you no-show for your appointment, or fail to pay an invoice when due you will be unable to reschedule at Cherry Creek Barbershop & Salon. Learn more on our FAQ Page.
NO REFUND POLICY:
All sales are final. Cherry Creek Barbershop & Salon does not accept returns. Any returns made to us will not be eligible for a refund.


SERVICE REDO POLICY:
We strive to offer our clients the highest level of satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your haircut or color notify us within 48 hours of your visit and we will be happy to make the proper adjustments at no additional charge. All Re-Do services must be scheduled and received within 5 business days of the original service. If you or any other stylist outside of Cherry Creek Barbershop & Salon have attempted to make adjustments to the haircut or color you will be charged full price for any further adjustments.
LIABILITY POLICY:
Cherry Creek Barbershop & Salon is not responsible for accidents, damages, or loss to personal property or vehicles.


CLIENT ONLY POLICY
Due to limited space, Cherry Creek Barbershop & Salon enforces a strict "Client Only" entry policy. This ensures that we are able to maintain proper social distancing for all of our guests. Children (Ages 11-15) are only allowed in the salon if they are receiving a service and are accompanied by an adult. If a client requires the assistance of an Aide, the Aide must remain present throughout the entirety of the client’s service. We do not allow unsupervised children, extra guests, or pets in the salon (registered service animals are welcome). Guests who are not receiving a service will be asked to wait in the lobby.
SERVICE ADD ON POLICY
Please select all the services you would like to receive before choosing your appointment time to ensure availability. Additional services may only be added during your appointment if time allows within your stylist’s schedule. Once services are booked, they cannot be removed without applying the cancellation policy. All services are booked a la carte, allowing you to customize your appointment. Be sure to include everything you need.
