POLICIES ARE ENFORCED 100% OF THE TIME, REGARDLESS OF THE CIRCUMSTANCES

CANCELLATION POLICY:
We require a 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If your appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours a 50% booking fee will be charged to the card on file. Arriving late for your appointment may result in adjustments to the service. If you arrive after our 10 minute grace period your appointment will need to be rescheduled, and a 50% booking fee will be charged to the card on file. If you no-show for your appointment a 50% booking fee will be charged to the card on file. All fees must be paid before any new appointments can be reserved. If you no-show for your appointment, or fail to pay an invoice when due you will be unable to reschedule at Cherry Creek Salon.
REPEAT CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you cancel or reschedule three or more appointments within a 90 day period, you will be required to pay a $50 booking fee to reserve each appointment moving forward.


CLIENT ONLY POLICY:
Due to limited space, Cherry Creek Salon enforces a strict "Client Only" entry policy. This ensures that we are able to maintain proper social distancing for all of our guests. Children (Ages 2-17) are only allowed in the salon if they are receiving a service and are accompanied by an adult. If a client requires the assistance of a Home Health Aide or a Personal Care Aide, the Aide must remain present throughout the entirety of the client’s service. We do not allow unsupervised children, extra guests, or pets in the salon (registered service animals are welcome). Guests who are not receiving a service will be asked to wait outside.
SERVICE REDO POLICY:
We strive to offer our clients the highest level of satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your haircut or color notify us within 48 hours of your visit and we will be happy to make the proper adjustments at no additional charge. All Re-Do services must be scheduled and received within 5 business days of the original service. If you or any other stylist outside of Cherry Creek Salon have attempted to make adjustments to the haircut or color you will be charged full price for any further adjustments.


NO REFUND POLICY:
All sales are final.
Cherry Creek Salon
does not accept returns.
Any returns made to us will not be eligible for a refund.
