CANCELLATION POLICY:
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment. We require a 24 hours notice to avoid cancellation/rescheduling fees but we would greatly appreciate 48 hours notice. Reschedules/Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service scheduled to the card on file and must be paid before rescheduling. No call/ No showed appointments or cancellations within 1 hour of appointment time will be charged 100% of service scheduled and must be paid before rescheduling.
NO REFUND POLICY:
All sales are final. Heather Sherman does not accept returns. Any returns made to us will not be eligible for a refund.
SERVICE REDO POLICY:
We strive to offer our clients the highest level of satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your haircut or color notify us within 48 hours of your visit and we will be happy to make the proper adjustments at no additional charge. All Re-Do services must be scheduled and received within 5 business days of the original service. If you or any other stylist other than Heather Sherman have attempted to make adjustments to the haircut or color you will be charged full price for any further adjustments.
